Errors Made by Companies Themselves

T. G. Hawkes & Company:
- The Valencian pattern misspelled Velencian on two labels in HAWKES PHTOGRAPHIC FOLIO (ACGA 2003, p. 59).
- The Grecian pattern mislabeled Chrysanthemum in HAWKES PHTOGRAPHIC FOLIO (ACGA 2003, p. 59).
Libbey Glass Company:
- The Eulalia pattern misspelled Eulalie in an ad "from a 1894 magazine".
- The Kimberly pattern misspelled Kimberley in Facts on Cut Glass as reproduced in Wilson 1994, p. 640 and elsewhere.
- LIBBEY GLASS COMPANY. THE CHOICE OF THE CONNOISSEUR. ACGA reprint, 1996, 260 pp. Page 7: No. 42 spoon tray and No. 266 celery tray are labeled Columbia; both should read Isabella.
L. Straus & Sons:
- The Santa Maria pattern misidentified as Castilian in the 1893 L. Straus & Sons catalog, p. 25 (item no. 430-590).
